How it works
- Connect the inbox or iCal feed your clients send to.
- Define the fields you want extracted (event name, start/end, location, notes — whatever your team types into Airtable today).
- Filter what counts: after-hours only, certain keywords, full-day events, durations.
- Push to Airtable, Google Sheets, or any webhook. Mailroom handles timezones, revisions, and edge cases.
What we never do
- Silently overwrite records — every update is a new row tagged
Revision. - Drop on the floor — when extraction is uncertain, you get an alert with a review link.
- Charge for events we couldn't extract — failed runs don't count against your quota.
